This course was designed to help strengthen, rehab and reduce pain in your back.

-       4 week course with bonus core work and decompression videos

Equipment Needed:

  • Support tool for standing (dowel or Chair)

  • Pilates Ball (pillow or rolled up towel)

  • Yoga block or some sort of low support for ground work
