Core Rehab

This course help to reconnect your body, core and back. It is helpful after pregnancy or abdominal surgery or if you have just never found strengths in your abdominals. 

-       6 weeks long

-       Fix deep core strength and back connection

-       Feel more connected through whole body

 

Equipment Needed:

  • Pilates ball (pillow or towel rolled up)

  • Thera band or Body band loop

  • Chair or stable surface to sit on
