12 Week Pregnancy Course

Designed for women who are expecting/pregnant.

-       12 weeks easy to follow along videos with bonus core video.

-       Learn how to connect with your core to keep you strong during pregnancy and also to help with delivery.

-       Full body workouts to follow while learning how to ease uncomfortable feelings during pregnancy to relieve hips and lower back discomfort.

 

Equipment Needed:

  • Prop for standing (dowel or chair)

  • Yoga block, pillow. Rolled up towel

  • Pilates ball, pillow or towel

  • Body Band loop or mini band

  • Furniture slider (tupperware top, something to slide on)

  • Dumbbells light to medium weights
