Postpartum 12 Week Course

  Designed for new moms. 12 weeks of easy follow along videos with bonus core video.

-       Find and reconnect with your core.

-       Find strength and reconnect with your whole body.

-       Strengthen your back to support you while holding, feeding, and chasing your kid/kids. 

 

Equipment Needed:

  • Body Band loop, Mini band, Thera Band

  • Pilates Ball (Pillow or rolled up towel)

  • Light to medium weights

  • Prop for ground work and standing work (Dowel or Chair)
