Meet Coach Lauren

 

Coach Lauren is a wife and mom of three who owns and has operates a personal training business for the past 26 years. Lauren holds both NASM and Primal Movement Certifications and has studied many forms of movement from ballet, martial arts, along with strength & conditioning. She is able to pin point client’s movement deficiencies and custom tailor a treatment plan than corrects inefficient movement patterns to alleviate chronic pain. She has also worked with pregnant and postpartum women. Lauren thrives on being physically active in her free time she loves to wake-board, surf, hike, bike, run, and just about anything that gets her up and moving. If you’re looking for a ReCharge with your fitness routine, lets move!
