Meet Coach Lauren
I discovered movement at a very early age, for which I am immensely thankful. My mind was quite active as a child, and to find tranquility in my daily life, I realized that movement and exercise were essential. Even now, as an adult, I rely on my daily physical activity to maintain a calm and centered mind. I regard it as my personal time. As a busy working mother, or indeed as a human being, we all require some time to recalibrate and recharge.
Reaching my mid-forties has introduced new challenges that I had not anticipated. I face difficulties with sleep and experience a sense of change in my body, ranging from minor aches and pains to joint and back issues, along with the inevitable hormonal fluctuations. One of the motivations behind creating this entire program is to share with everyone the strategies I have employed to address a variety of issues and to enhance my overall well-being, both physically and mentally.
I aim to demonstrate how you too can feel exceptional in your body and maintain a youthful spirit as you age. It is crucial for us to remain consistent, strong, mobile, and fluid in our movements to stay robust and at the top of our game as we grow older. With all the courses available thus far, we can resolve any and all issues if you trust the process and adhere to the plan.
